POP STATESMAN
In 2017, with the intention of challenging the status quo, V. L. K. Djokoto began collaborating with the unconventional Kumasi-based illustrator, Prince Ampofo Bonsu — known in the universe of Ghana’s showbiz as FeoIsUgly — on an underground counter-culture magazine: The Pop Statesman.
It took eight years to produce its first edition, which forms a part of his debut book: Revolution.
